as a private cook to
create
and present your daily menus, shop for groceries, prepare the meals,
and when no other staff is present, serve and clean up.
His favorite style of cooking s the Fusion Kitchen, by
using the best products of various world-famous cuisines to
create the most various daily dishes. So your meals will never be
boring.
The Maître is living with his family, his wife and two young
daughters, on the Costa del Sol in Spain but he be willing to work
in foreign countries.
Traveling Chef.
Need a chef for your vacation or second home?
Need a chef for your yacht or private plane? Want to entertain
corporate clients with special dinners? Available for short-term
contracts for special needs and events, willing to travel to any
location schedule permitting. The maître will do research on each
destinations and contact local markets and farmers to use local
ingredients so you can enjoy your time with family, friends, or
clients.
Private cooking lessons.
Private cooking lessons
are offered as a fun way for beginning cooks to learn some basic
culinary skills while preparing delicious easy-to-prepare dishes
customized to your tastes. For more experienced cooks, learning a
new cuisine or technique can be a rewarding experience in the
comfort of your own kitchen using your equipment at a time
convenient for you.
